Foraged Fungi for Food Shoot

Here I've posted a few images from a recent shoot of a Black Forest Gateau to show you.⁠
My idea was to recreate a forest setting; the moss and fungi were collected in a short walk from my home, all of it in one small section of woodland - this year must be one of the best for fungi!⁠
The images were for a website and a book on Vegan desserts by acclaimed chef
